Boxing
Boxing can be dangerous, so it's important to have all the necessary safety equipment and trained coaches to teach you. Also for their safety, boxers must wear protective headwear when competing.
Boxing is played in a ring with two opponents and boxers score points by hitting the head or body of their opponent. The winner is the boxer with the most points, unless the referee stops the fight before the end.
Amateur boxers fight during four two-minute rounds and professional boxers compete in 12 two-minute rounds.
Boxers compete in 18 different categories according to their weight including featherweight, lightweight and heavyweight .
