Year 11 Choices/Leaving School

At the end of Year 11 when you are 16, you have to decide what you are going to do next.

You could stay in school in the Sixth Form, go to college or apply for work and training. Your decision should be based on what is best for you but sometimes you need to think carefully about your circumstances and what is realistic.

If you're having trouble deciding what to do next, discuss it with your parents, teacher or careers advisor.

Careers Wales has lots of information and advice to help you with your choices after Year 11: http://www.careerswales.com/post16options/
