What's Important to You?'
Following the overwhelming response we received to our recent ‘Difficult Decisions’ budget consultation, we want to continue having a conversation with the public so that we can understand what’s important to you, and ensure that the services we are offering are best meeting your needs.
The Council works to ensure that local people receive good quality services that provide value for money within a reducing budget. During this consultation, we are inviting you to tell us what’s important to you.
The results will be reported to Councillors at a workshop in March where they will consider the targets they will set for different service areas for the year ahead. A report will also be presented to all Councillors and Heads of Departments, so that they can use your opinions in developing the work within their own services, and inform decisions about where to focus resources.
