INFO Shop
At INFO you can get free and confidential information and advice on most things. If we aren't able to help we will do our best to find someone who can.
The shop has free access to the internet.
The youth workers in the shop are friendly and non-judgemental. The shop is very busy with over 850 young people using our service every month.
The shop is also home to a number of projects making it a 'one stop shop'.
Other services are:
- 'Contact', a sexual health service staffed by youth workers, doctors and nurses.
- Outside In Counselling Service, one to one support for when things are getting too much and you need someone to talk things through with in confidence.
- Second Voice Advocacy Service, if you need to get your voice heard.

Monday, Wednesday & Friday 11.30am to 5.30pm and Tuesday & Thursday 11.30am to 4.30pm.
Confidentiality
We will not talk to anyone else outside of the shop without asking you first unless you or someone else is at serious risk.
Please ask a worker to explain our confidentiality policy if this is not clear.
