Come along to the Disability Information Day event on
Wednesday 18th April 2012 from 10am – 2pm
At the Wrexham Memorial Hall,
Bodhyfryd, Wrexham LL12 7AG
The event aims to.

Help parents of disabled children, young people and adults to access information on the range of services available in Wrexham.

Provide information on childcare for disabled children.

Promote the benefits of registering on the Wrexham children and young people’s disability database.

Provide information around the transition process – moving into Adult Services and what services are available.
