Are You a Young Carer?
Young Carers in Wrexham are being asked to take part in an online survey to help improve the services and support they receive.
Young carers are children or young people who care for a relative with a disability or illness and are "more than a son, daughter, brother or sister".
Recently published figures show that nearly a quarter of a million school aged children in England and Wales are caring for a relative. In Wrexham there are over 450 young carers. (Census 2001)
The survey is being run in partnership with Conwy and Denbighshire Councils.
