Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board provides a wide range of Sexual Health and HIV services across North Wales. You do not need your GP to refer you, you can contact them on the details below.
Our Sexual Health clinics offers:
testing for sexually transmitted infections (including HIV test), pregnancy testing, Heb B vaccinations, safer sex education, support/counselling and unplanned pregnancy counselling and referrals for termination of pregnancy and the local North Wales Sexual Assault referral centre.
We provide advice on contraceptive methods and the contraception we offer in the free and confidential service is:
•Combined oral contraceptive pill
•Progesterone only pill
•Injectable contraception
•Implants
•Intra uterine Device (IUD)
•Intrauterine System (IUS)
•Emergency Contraception
•Barrier Methods including condoms and Diaphragms
•Pregnancy Testing and Pre pregnancy Counselling
•Termination of Pregnancy Referrals
•Cervical Smears on appointment
